Keylane has acquired a 100% interest in LeanApps, a supplier of standard software for life and pension insurers.
LeanApps, a market leader in the Netherlands with its SaaS platform, is the third company in Keylane, together with Actuera and Quinity. As part of Keylane, LeanApps will be able to achieve its international ambitions more quickly.
Ralf Timmer, director at Keylane, explains, “With the addition of LeanApps to our group, we are expanding the domain in which Keylane operates and increasing our national and international strength. We now cover all forms of non-life, life and pension insurance with our software solutions. This enables us to offer a unique proposition in the market.”
“We believe strongly in the potential of LeanApps due to its excellent software platform. In recent years, LeanApps has earned a strong position as a SaaS supplier for insurers and achieved its first international successes, making them the perfect new partner for Actuera and Quinity,” says Ronald Kasteel, director at Keylane.
The founders of LeanApps, Emiel Goosens, Wiebe van Leijenhorst and Rob Versloot, will continue to be involved in the organisation. Ron van den Broek will become CEO of LeanApps Holding.
