JFG, a Norwegian non-life insurance company, has selected Keylane’s policy and claims management system to enhance core operations and digital capabilities. JFG will deploy the Keylane solution for the full support of its sales and distribution, underwriting, billing and collections, policy and claims management.
It is JFG’s aim to reduce the complexity of the IT-landscape, to become more cost-effective as well as providing its employees and customers with state-of-the-art technology. Lars Fritzø (CEO) states: “The Keylane solution supports all capabilities for us to take the next steps in digitalisation and straight through processing.”
The decision to migrate was also driven by Keylane’s SaaS (Software as a Service) offering, that enables the company to shorten the time to market for new products and quickly enhance its capacity, while maintenance including upgrades is fully taken care of by Keylane.
Lars Fritzø states further that: “The Keylane solution will result in greater efficiency, improved self-service for policyholders and optimal support for automated claims handling”.
