Keylane is pleased with the recent results of the biennal Celent survey on policy administration systems for non-life insurance in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Celent praises Keylane’s non-life solution for its high customer satisfaction rates, strong technology and functionality, clear and modern user interface and the continued investment in the solution and underlying technology.Celent evaluated 29 vendors of non-life insurance policy administration systems on Advanced technology, Breadth of functionality, Customer base and Depth of services, the so-called ABCD rankings. Keylane scored well on all aspects.

Some Keylane customers were asked to give feedback on functionality, user experience, technology, implementation and support. We’d like to thank them for their positive evaluations!In its summary view on Keylane Celent writes: “It is good to see the Keylane brand establishing itself.
