Ralf has extensive experience with large package implementations for insurance companies, including modernising insurance processes and information systems and implementing multichannel strategies and digitalisation. Previously, Ralf has been responsible for the Delivery, Product Development and Hosting departments of Keylane and he worked as managing consultant at Ernst & Young.
Stephen has spent the last 20 years working in financial management and business & finance transformation at various IT companies including Oracle, Temenos, Xchanging and Unit4.

Ron has extensive experience in the ICT sector, where, among other things, he worked as managing director at Niku Corporation, Baan Benelux and SSA Global. In addition, he held positions with ultimate commercial responsibility including at SDL and Planon.
Jesper has 25 years of experience from the fintech industry. Prior to Keylane, Jesper was the CEO of Schantz for 6 years – a Danish market leader offering innovative PAS and holistic financial planning tools that improve customer experience. Keylane acquired Schantz in 2017.

Jan has extensive experience in the automation of insurance companies’ processes, including for Unigarant, Aegon, SNS Reaal and Univé. He has long held senior technical positions at banks, including ABN AMRO, and worked at TNT Post Group and IBM.
David has a legal background and has a career that took him to a variety of HR management roles and companies in various industries and countries, like accenture, Vodafone, ABN Amro, Intertrust, and Clifford Chance LLP.

Within his responsibilities he managed large programs as well as organisational transformations. Floris has nearly twenty years of experience in IT and consulting, including in international SAP implementations, IT architecture development and large-scale system migrations. He has worked in various IT and consulting positions including for Sanoma, TNT Post, British Telecom and Magnus Management Consultants.

Richard has vast experience with implementations of SaaS solutions and migrations of insurance and pension portfolios for insurance companies and a broad background in IT. He has previously worked as a business unit manager for several IT consulting organisations.

Martin has a background in computer science and management, and has 15 years of experience from IT within the financial sector. Before joining Keylane, he worked at Schantz, SDC, Geomatic and Bankdata holding manager and vice president positions.

Over the last fifteen years, Paul held director positions within Utopics, Data Distilleries, Ordina and Prowareness. He has experience with software development within end user organisations, service providers and product companies.
Ralph van Ginkel
Ralph has been working in the insurance business for years. In 2007, he devised and developed for insurance intermediaries, accountants and insurers a logistics software that could manage collective employee and employee benefits for clients (employers). Benefits -Plaza offers insurers a complete platform for administrative and communication concerning insurable employment conditions. In 2016, Keylane acquired Benefits-Plaza BV.
Kim worked in various business-to-business marketing and communication roles at various media publishers such as VNU and Media Plaza.
