Ralf Timmer is Keylane’s CEO and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and operational performance of Keylane. Ralf is an accomplished leader with a track record of building growing software companies. He was co-founder and long-term member of the Quinity Board and later the Keylane Board.
Ralf has extensive experience with large package implementations for insurance companies, including modernising insurance processes and information systems and implementing multichannel strategies and digitalisation. Previously, Ralf has been responsible for the Delivery, Product Development and Hosting departments of Keylane and he worked as managing consultant at Ernst & Young.
Ron van den Broek is responsible for the Non-Life Domain within the Keylane Group. With his extensive experience in both national and international positions at various software vendors, he is the perfect person to lead Keylane’s continuity and growth.
Ron has extensive experience in the ICT sector, where, among other things, he worked as managing director at Niku Corporation, Baan Benelux and SSA Global. In addition, he held positions with ultimate commercial responsibility including at SDL and Planon.
Jesper Essendrop is commercially responsible for the Keylane business within life & pension and financial planning tools for banks. Jesper is passionate about bringing competitive advantages to the financial industry by utilizing the Keylane software solutions in a customer centric and cost-effective way.
Jesper has 25 years of experience from the fintech industry. Prior to Keylane, Jesper was the CEO of Schantz for 6 years – a Danish market leader offering innovative PAS and holistic financial planning tools that improve customer experience. Keylane acquired Schantz in 2017.
As VP HR, David is responsible for attracting talent, and for continuing to develop our proposition for our employees. We do this by providing an interesting employee experience at Keylane. That covers all bases of what people experience when working at Keylane. This means the Facilities department is also his responsibility.
David has a legal background and has a career that took him to a variety of HR management roles and companies in various industries and countries, like accenture, Vodafone, ABN Amro, Intertrust, and Clifford Chance LLP.
David believes that people are the essence of each company and practices that belief every day.
Lukas van Grunsven is responsible for the delivery of non-life software at Keylane. This concerns all implementations and customer support in this region.
Lukas has a lot of experience with the successful implementation of the non-life software QIS with different insurers (including Aegon, Unigarant and Univé). Lukas previously worked as a project manager in an actuarial consulting firm and was also responsible for software delivery there.
Hein is responsible for the delivery of life and pension software in the Benelux. This concerns all implementations and customer support in this region.
Hein has a lot of experience with the successful implementations of the life and pension software with different insurance and pension companies. Before Keylane Hein has had various roles as a CIO, program director or consultant in which he was responsible for transformations at the IT–Business playing field, working on change, transitions and improvements in complex and challenging situations.
