Keylane integrates ValueChecker in SaaS platform and helps insurers automate claims processing

Keylane, a leading European supplier of SaaS solutions to the insurance and pension industry has integrated ValueChecker’s product valuation capabilities to its non-life insurance software solution, enabling the automation of claims processing and helping reduce clients’ claim costs.The integration of ValueChecker into the Keylane software suite enables Keylane’s non-life insurance clients to further automate their claims processes, thereby enhancing their value chain. Products will be precisely identified, automatically analyzed and claims can be processed accordingly, allowing insurance customers to receive immediate feedback on their claims.

The capability to quickly and effectively provide up-to-date valuation of consumer products means that claims can be settled more efficiently by insurance claims handlers. The integration streamlines the product identification, valuation and depreciation components of the claims handling process.

Claims handling is often regarded as the ‘moment of truth’ where a straightforward and worry free claim can have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The integration of ValueChecker into the Keylane software suite allows insurance companies to improve their customer claim experience thanks to the transparency and speed of settlement. In addition, the integration enhances straight through processing (STP) while significantly reducing claims costs.
