Ronald Kasteel

Ronald Kasteel is responsible for corporate strategy, marketing, partnerships, HR, finance and acquisitions. Ronald has broad management experience in the IT industry, including 12 years as CEO of the listed Ordina PLC. In that capacity, he was the founder of the strategic direction of the company and realised great growth.

Ronald is a member of the supervisory board of Ricoh Nederland, Ormit and Ferm Rfid. He has a broad network on C-level in the financial sector.

Stephen Dews is Keylane’s CFO and is responsible for all matters relating to finance, compliance and risk. He is closely involved in the acquisition of companies and their integration.

Stephen has spent the last 20 years working in financial management and business & finance transformation at various IT companies including Oracle, Temenos, Xchanging and Unit4.

Ralf Timmer

Ralf Timmer is responsible for delivery and solutions. Ralf is ultimately responsible for achieving successful implementations, for the development of products and for the SaaS services.

Ralf has years of experience with large package implementations for insurance companies, including modernising insurance processes and information systems and implementing multichannel strategies and digitalisation. He is an active member of large implementations steering committees at insurance companies including AEGON, SNS Reaal and Univé. Previously, Ralf worked as managing consultant at Ernst & Young.

Jesper Essendrop is commercially responsible for the Keylane business within life & pension and financial planning tools for banks. Jesper is passionate about bringing competitive advantages to the financial industry by utilizing the Keylane software solutions in a customer centric and cost-effective way.

Jesper has 25 years of experience from the fintech industry. Prior to Keylane, Jesper was the CEO of Schantz for 6 years – a Danish market leader offering innovative PAS and holistic financial planning tools that improve customer experience. Keylane acquired Schantz in 2017.

Ron van den Broek

Ron van den Broek is responsible for all Keylane Marketing activities and has commercial responsibility for the Non-Life Domain within the Keylane Group. In addition, Ron is the Managing director of our German organisation. With his extensive experience in both national and international positions at various software vendors, he is the perfect person to lead Keylane’s growth.

Ron has extensive experience in the ICT sector, where, among other things, he worked as managing director at Niku Corporation, Baan Benelux and SSA Global. In addition, he held positions with ultimate commercial responsibility including at SDL and Planon.

Ralf Timmer

Jan van Reenen is chief technology officer (CTO) and primarily responsible for the development of software solutions both from a functional and technical point of view. He is also responsible for the related services that Keylane offers customers, including Software as a Service (SaaS) and conversion.

Jan has extensive experience in the automation of insurance companies’ processes, including for Unigarant, Aegon, SNS Reaal and Univé. He has long held senior technical positions at banks, including ABN AMRO, and worked at TNT Post Group and IBM.

Director Software Factory

Paul Weghorst is responsible for the software factories within Keylane. The software factories are responsible for the development and maintenance of the core products of Keylane. Key performance indicators are quality, productivity, happiness of the employees and predictability. The software factories are located in the Netherlands, India and Romania.

Over the last fifteen years, Paul held director positions within Utopics, Data Distilleries, Ordina and Prowareness. He has experience with software development within end user organisations, service providers and product companies.

Lucas van Grunsven

Delivery Director Non-life Benelux

Lukas van Grunsven is responsible for the delivery of non-life software at Keylane Benelux. This concerns all implementations and customer support in this region.

Lukas has a lot of experience with the successful implementation of the non-life software QIS with different insurers (including Aegon, Unigarant and Univé). Lukas previously worked as a project manager in an actuarial consulting firm and was also responsible for software delivery there.

Kim Leemreize provides operational and managerial-level marketing and communication expertise for Keylane throughout the Benelux, Germany, the UK and the Nordics. Kim and her team enrol marketing activities to claim Keylane’s position in the European insurance and pension industry, to directly support and drive demand generation, and to enhance and differentiate Keylane’s brand and product awareness.

Kim worked in various business-to-business marketing and communication roles at various media publishers such as VNU and Media Plaza.

Director Product Development – Life & Pension and Financial planning

Stiig Andersen is responsible for the software factories for Life & Pension and Financial Planning within Keylane. The software factories are responsible for the development and maintenance of the core products of Keylane. Key performance indicators are quality, productivity, happiness of the employees and predictability. The software factories are located in the Netherlands, Denmark, India and Romania.

Over the last eighteen years, Stiig held various positions ranging from developer, project manager, management consultant and senior/executive management working with Maersk Data, IBM, Nordea, DongEnergy and latest DNB before joining Schantz in 2015/16. 7 years in senior/executive management. He has experience with software development, project governance and implementations within transport & logistics, banking, energy and latest life & pension.

Finn Oskarsson

Finn Oskarsson is responsible for Keylane’s business in the Nordics region.

Finn started his working career within the non-life insurance industry before he was recruited to the fin-tech sector in the early nineties. His focus has always been on solutions rather than technology itself, enabling insurers for growth and enhancing their business operations. Over the years, he has worked with insurers across Europe, Africa, Russia and Asia helping them achieve improvements from technology investments. In his career, Finn has held senior positions in companies like PMSC, CSC, Tieto, TIA and Mantacore.

Anne Fleur Provoost

Anne Fleur Provoost is responsible for recruitment, learning & development, employee benefits & payroll, and the HR policy at Keylane. She works with the HR team to support Keylane in becoming European market leader.

After graduating in psychology, Anne Fleur started as an executive search consultant brokering management and executive positions internationally. After that, she held several HR positions in the automotive industry and business services.

Andy Watts

Andy Watts is responsible for Keylane’s business in the UK and Ireland.

Andy has nearly thirty years of experience in providing Insurance Technology solutions, including package implementations as well as large scale outsourcing solutions. Previously, Andy was an Executive Director at Avelo (Iress), the Insurer and International Director at SSP and prior to that the Director responsible for CSC’s UK Life and Pensions business.

Martin Paarse

Delivery Director – Life & Pension and Banking Nordics

Martin Paarse is responsible for projects and implementations at life insurers, pension institutions as well as banks in the Nordics.
Martin has a background in computer science and management, and has 15 years of experience from IT within the financial sector. Before joining Keylane, he worked at Schantz, SDC, Geomatic and Bankdata holding manager and vice president positions.
Floris van der Kolk

Sales Director Benelux

Floris van der Kolk is responsible for commerce and business development in the Benelux. With his team he works on the positioning of Keylane solutions in the market and the acquisition of new customers. He also supports and advises clients on the best use of innovative Keylane non-life, life and pension SaaS solutions.

Floris has nearly twenty years of experience in IT and consulting, including in international SAP implementations, IT architecture development and large-scale system migrations. He has worked in various IT and consulting positions including for Sanoma, TNT Post, British Telecom and Magnus Management Consultants.

Richard Otten

Richard Otten is responsible for delivery at Keylane Nordics. This concerns all implementations and customer support in this region.

Richard has vast experience with implementations of SaaS solutions and migrations of insurance and pension portfolios for insurance companies and a broad background in IT. He has previously worked as a business unit manager for several IT consulting organisations.

Rian de Heer

Delivery Director Life & Pension Benelux

Rian de Heer is responsible for projects and implementations at life insurers and pension institutions. He focuses on the best outcome for customers, with reliability and overall customer satisfaction coming first. He also advises clients at a strategic and tactical level regarding the use and development of the Keylane product suite.

Rian has a background in business economics and strategic marketing, and has extensive experience in the insurance and pension sector and ICT sector. Before joining Keylane, he worked at Syntrus Achmea, Ordina, MN Services en Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering in programme manager and director positions.

As the Managing Director Germany, Mathias Harrassowitz is responsible for professional services and delivery in this region.

The general management expertise of Mathias includes more than twenty years of experience in the Insurance Business & Insurance IT combined with a natural talent to inspire equally employees and clients for new ideas.
